As Head of Marketing and Branding Strategy, I supported Lapointe Seafood, a 40-year Ottawa institution, in redefining its brand image, positioning, and digital presence during a period of expansion. My role centered on building a strategic foundation the business could grow from: a refreshed identity, a modernized customer experience, and a cohesive communications ecosystem designed to last.
Drawing on expertise in website development, photography, design direction, and SEO, I built a digital foundation that elevated the brand and attracted new clientele. This included designing bilingual and accessibility compliant marketing materials, conducting trend and competitive research, and developing unified brand and accessibility standards to ensure consistency across web, social media, print, and in-store touchpoints.
